As a project manager for a custom home builder in hernando county it’s tough at times to find reliable trades. Jason is super easy to work with, always hits the date, and is phenomenal with the buyers. I definitely would recommend giving Florida Tin Knockers a shout for all your gutter and soffit needs!

Short version… Jason Clark at Florida Tin Knockers rocked our new gutters, with 4 BONUS items. We had our roof re-shingled and needed new gutters. The first indication of professionalism was the estimate - neatly diagrammed on a single piece of graph paper, texted to us 2 hours after looking at the job. I knew we were in good hands with Jason, and in good hands, we were... the new gutters are perfect. BONUS #1, the tin roof over the pool was covering much of the pool cage super gutter, which made it impossible to clean out leaves. Jason and his helper trimmed the tin roof back - other companies that looked at the job were unwilling to do that work. BONUS #2, we had a PVC pipe running from a sump pump and through the pool plumbing to the front of the house. Every time it rained or when we backwashed the pool filter, the wastewater would erode the dirt on the side of the driveway. Jason extended the PVC piping and wrapped it around the corner of the house, and now the water runs down the driveway. BONUS #3, the sump pump existed because of a low point in the landscape, plus a downspout was feeding water from the gutters to the low point, such that the pool deck would flood. At times during heavy rains, the pump float switch would stick, and the pump would not turn on. Jason relocated the downspout, the sump pump is rarely needed and the pool deck does not flood. BONUS #4, I paid for the work in cash. Jason handed me back a large bill – I had miscounted. Honesty plus pride in work… what more could anyone ask for?
